Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects Youth Ministry
Lead Wednesday night Youth Services
Lead volunteer team
Plan and execute frequent special events for Youth
Preach relevant, engaging, bible-based sermons consistently on Wednesday nights
Lead Small Group Ministry in Youth Department
Qualities:

High Ministry IQ
Good relational skills
Knowledge of the Word and a passion for reaching the lost
