Job Description:
Cornerstone Ministries’ Caring / Recovery Pastor is responsible for planning, administering, coordinating, supervising and evaluating comprehensive caring and recovery ministry at Cornerstone Ministries. Caring ministries are focused on adults and families in the congregation, while recovery programs are focused on reaching people experiencing a variety of addictions, hurts, hang-ups, and habits in the local community to experience recovery and integrate into the life of the church. The Caring / Recovery Pastor provides supervision, direction, and guidance to the Visitation Pastor and is responsible for all Lay Caring Teams. Caring / Recovery Pastor reports to the Associate Pastor.
