The Music Director at Journey of Faith is a passionate and skilled musical leader responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading volunteer musicians and music directors who serve in our worship environments. As a key member of the Experience Team, this person helps shape the sound and culture of worship at Journey—both on stage and behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building teams, creating meaningful worship experiences, and mentoring others in musical excellence. In collaboration with the Worship Director, the Music Director oversees all aspects of band preparation and execution for Sunday services and Tier 1 events, ensuring each environment reflects our mission to invite people to follow Jesus and bring hope to our community.
