First Church is a thriving, multi-campus church located on the northside of KY, just south of Cincinnati, OH. The church launched its Union Campus in 2012 and has since grown to an average total attendance of around 2,000 across three campuses (Burlington, Union, and Campbell). With the Union Campus currently averaging 500 attendees, First Church is excited about the potential for further growth—especially with a brand new building project underway. Lead Pastor Darin Mirante has served at First Church in multiple roles since 2001 and became Lead Pastor in 2016. The church is elder-led and staff-run, emphasizing healthy team dynamics and a warm, relational atmosphere.

The church is seeking the right candidate to take over as the new Student Director at the Union Campus to oversee their entire student ministry at the church. The right candidate for this role will have a deep personal life in Christ and the character and capacity that align with the church’s overall mission and vision. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities Froot Group and the church have identified for this role:

Facilitate Weekly Programs & Special Events

  • Coordinate Sunday morning student experiences, ensuring compelling teaching, small group discussions, and worship.
  • Coordinate with the cross-campus team on retreats, mission trips, and other events that challenge students to a deeper fellowship with Jesus Christ.

Maintain Strong Parent Communication

  • Establish a high level of trust with parents, regularly updating them on upcoming events, teaching themes, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Provide a safe environment where new and long-time attenders alike can grow and connect.

Support a Culture of Outreach
