Timberlake Church is a fast-growing, creative, tech-savvy church committed to reaching people for Christ and growing their faith. We are one church with multiple locations in the Seattle Metropolitan area and Southern Washington.

We seek talented individuals to join the team as a full-time Next Gen Pastor at our Castle Rock Location in Castle Rock, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Being a visible leader at the church, executing the vision of Timberlake, and leading the student ministry (grades 6-12) and the Young Adults into its next season of growth.
• Identify opportunities to integrate youth into every aspect of the church regularly.
• Provide vision and directional leadership for the program’s leaders, events, and volunteers.
• Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.

• You love to reach families with little to no church background.

• You have a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously.
• You have a desire to empower others to find fulfillment in their life.
• You have experience leading student camps.

• This person must love God and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Have a heart to see people come to know Christ.
• Make discipleship commitments to weekly worship at and tithing to Timberlake Church.
• Make Timberlake your church home.
• Work full-time hours (Sunday–Thursday work schedule).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Annual salary $45-$55k DOE.
