Student Pastor

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Student Pastor to lead our vibrant student ministry (MVMT) for 6th-12th grade students.

Job Overview:

As the Student Pastor, you will be instrumental in building a culture where students can discover freedom and purpose through a relationship with Jesus. This role involves partnering with leadership to provide biblical guidance to students, families, and volunteers, fostering student discipleship through serving opportunities and building meaningful relationships with students through intentional engagement. You will also be responsible for recruiting, empowering, and training MVMT volunteers, equipping leaders to engage effectively and disciple students, and planning and executing engaging weekly gatherings and special events. Building strong bridges to families is essential, requiring you to engage with parents and partner with other ministries to integrate families into our church community. You will create and oversee the vision for the Bridge Student Ministry, manage the budget, and oversee all student ministry volunteers and future staff. As a member of the Bridge staff, you will attend and participate in required meetings and collaborate with the team to create student service opportunities and assist in church-wide events and Sunday morning services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience with a bachelor's degree.
