Production/Tech Director
Job Description – The Productions Director will manage film and video projects at Southside Church, and ensure that the Sunday morning media experience remains authentic and excellent. The Production Director works well with deadlines, has a great attitude, and is self-motivated.
Job Classification: Full Time
Reporting to: Executive Pastor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage video/tech projects from ideation to post-production
- Keep the quality of each project high (Quality Control)
- Provide video content experiences across all campuses and ministries
- Work with Lead Pastor (other speakers) for online/video content for campuses
- Lead and oversee the implementation and execution of live stream to campuses and online platforms
- Manage, install, and/or maintain IT and video equipment in coordination with staff and other ministry leaders across
- Refine, prepare and execute service-programming elements at all Southside campuses in partnership with campus staff
- Recruitment, training, and management of media/tech teams
- Disciple and invest in the people in your ministry area, and the church at large
