The Harvest Internship is a 1-year fully paid internship with Harvest church designed to equip and develop you into a mature Christian leader. Interns will be intentionally discipled by Church staff and lay-leaders and have the opportunity to get work experience in a specific ministry area of the church.
The next intern cohort begins August 15, 2025 and goes until July 31, 2026.
Interns will work approximately 30 hours per week in a specific area of ministry within the church and have an additional 10 hours of growth opportunities through the Downline Institute and Intern development. Interns can earn 12 hours of seminary credit through the Downline Institute.
Furnished housing is provided in a nearby apartment complex as part of intern compensation
Interns receive a monthly stipend of $1500 (on top of free housing)

It does not matter what your career plans are as we will have tracks for vocational ministry, marketplace ministry, church planting and global missions.
