Springboro Baptist Church is a vibrant, conservative Baptist church located in the charming community of Springboro, Ohio, just 30 minutes north of Cincinnati. With a rich legacy of ministry, the church has a strong conservative theological foundation while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for families and individuals of all ages. The church is currently in a period of growth, with an attendance between 250-280 people, with around 200-215 adults actively involved in worship and service.
The church is looking to expand its youth ministry and is seeking a Youth Pastor to help lead and develop a dynamic and impactful ministry.
The current youth group consists of around 18-20 teens, down from a peak of 30-40. The goal is to revitalize and grow this ministry, increasing engagement and discipleship while making a strong connection with local schools and the surrounding community. Is this you?
