Win Statement: To lead the Next Gen ministries by creating irresistible environments for all children through vision casting, leadership, training, and team building, while equipping parents to Biblically lead their families and homes.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, apprenticing, and training of all ministry Waymakers and leaders in Next Gen environments.
- Produce consistent evaluation of team for first time guests, security, and greeting regular attenders.
- Provide consistent evaluation of overall programming, presentation, and general appearance of Next Gen Ministry environments.
- Maintain and organize Next Gen files, inventory, and supplies.
- Propose and administer the Next Gen Ministry budget and yearly goals.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Next Gen special events.
- Consistently upload ministry specific document/materials.
- Create and update Fully Equipped Processes for all Waymakers.
- Approve and supervise all small and large group activities for Next Gen areas.
- Create parent tools and maintain social media presence.
- Develop strategies to partner with parents to help them connect, communicate, and disciple their children.
- Perform monthly review with the Next Gen Team.
- Monitor the Next Gen sections on website to ensure information is relevant and accurate monthly.
