The Rockingham team is looking for a talented and God-focused worship leader to head up the worship and production ministries of the church – someone gifted in creating inspirational worship environments at services and special events, while championing the vision and core values of Rockingham Church!
Here’s What You’d Do:
- Lead worship!
- Work alongside the Lead Pastor to plan weekend services.
- Recruit, train, build, and guide worship and production teams.
- Serve as a pastor to the congregation, both on the platform and beyond.
- Exude enthusiasm for the love and faithfulness of God!
Here’s Who You Are:
- Someone called by God to lead His people in worship.
- Possessing strong spiritual maturity, regardless of age.
- Musically skilled, with a plan to keep those skills sharp.
- A lifelong learner with a growth mindset.
- Not fearful of the phrases “work ethic” and “time management skills.”
Here’s What Makes It Interesting:
- The church is located on the New Hampshire/Massachusetts border. A short drive to Boston, the mountains, and the ocean!
- The church has doubled in size in two years!
- New Hampshire has no state income taxes!
- We are offering a salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
