rehearsals, worship nights, and any other ministry events that encourage musical worship.

This role is a full-time position requiring a flexible 40+hr/week schedule in order to accommodate Sunday
gatherings, as well as other miscellaneous projects, events, training opportunities, and ministry
responsibilities that fall outside a “normal” work schedule. This means your presence will be expected —

Shepherding and Directing: The Worship Leader models a life of worship for our church and disciples our
