Title: Tech & Production Director
Department: Worship & Creative
Reports to: Worship & Creative Pastor
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, Sundays, Must be available for church, staff-related events,
and church related events. Evenings and holidays required.

OVERVIEW
The Tech & Production Director is responsible for excellent service execution, volunteer
recruiting and equipping, gear management and maintenance, and overall campus support.
While primarily focused on high-level execution in the Worship Center, the Tech & Production
Director also oversees production aspects in other areas of the campus.
The Production team is made up of individuals who are passionate about what they do and why
they do it. There will be problem-solving, busy Sundays, events, working some nights and holidays, last-minute changes,
working with mostly volunteers, and growing through challenging situations, all while usually
being the first one to arrive and the last one to leave. But, there is no greater reward than
working with excellence and using technology and creativity towards the ultimate goal and
vision of Loving God, Loving People, and Developing Disciples. The Tech & Production Director
is integral to the delivery and dissemination of the church's message of faith and biblical values
through the avenues of live production and worship ministry.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, Manage, Train, and Grow the production volunteer team.
- Oversee all aspects of live production, at an excellent level, including but not limited to: FOH, Computer graphics (ProPresenter), Lighting, Live Stream, Camera operators, stage set up, any other production aspect that might arise (special service elements,
props, etc.).
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of production equipment in the worship center and throughout the campus.
- Work with Worship & Creative Pastor and service planning team to implement service elements, ideas, systems, and processes.
- Attend/Support Tuesday Staff Meetings, Creative Team meetings, other meetings as called upon.
- Support other ministry environments such as Student Worship on Wednesday Nights, Nights of Worship, and other Special Events.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Vibrant, mature Christian faith aligned with Eagles View Church's mission and values.
- Goal-oriented with excellent administrative and relational skills. Ability to independently manage and monitor work, maintaining focus and high-quality standards in a dynamic environment where a lot of freedom and trust is given.
- Proven reliability and dependability, including regular attendance and punctuality. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, interacting with other departments and ministries as needed.
- Ability to deal with change, delays, and unexpected events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to recruit, lead, and grow teams, both numerically and spiritually. You have to enjoy working with volunteers. You must have a heart to develop and disciple people.
- Working knowledge of Audio, Visual, and Lighting Systems. How these systems interact with one another, and the ability to turn systems into a great worship atmosphere
- Ability to do a lot with a little. We have good gear, but it’s a work in progress. You will need to have patience to use what we have and make it look amazing. In other words, we want you to be a visionary and a dreamer, but able to make it happen and be
content until the vision becomes a reality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Related Experience and Training in a growing church or ministry environment preferred
- Undergrad education prefered by not required
- This is not a Comms or Media position, but expertise in these areas are welcome.
- This position requires near expert level AVL experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands may include: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up
to 50 pounds as needed to fulfill job duties and requirements.
