Freedom House is looking for a unicorn who can lead our Kid's Ministries and help us take the next step in reaching our local community and families! We are looking for someone who loves building leaders and teams that can offer discipleship for kids all the way through 5th grade. In order to do all of this, we know there is value in partnering with families as a whole. The fun part of working at Freedom House is that our NextGen department loves to work together cohesively to make sure no kid or student gets lost in the process. We have a ton of fun and we work hard. Our church is discovering what it's like to live out our mission in a new era and we are not afraid to try new things...like genuinely.
We want someone who can come in and lead people well and dream of unique ways to show people who Jesus is. The job focuses in 4 areas:
