Lead Pastor

Firth Tabernacle is looking for a new pastor to lead our congregation in the fast growing state of Idaho. The community of Firth is about small community of over 500 people.  Firth is located just 15 miles south of Idaho Falls, Idaho, which boasts a population of over 85,000 people.  Idaho is booming, and the population is moving outward from Idaho Falls.  Already, much of this rural community is being effected by this change. This is a part-time position.  The church is about 20+ in attendance and has a pastoral parsonage.  There is a small salary as well. 

The key responsibilities for these churches would be: 

Provide visionary leadership for the church.

Preach the good news, organize teams, and minister to the rural community.

Shepherd the flock by fulfilling all pastoral responsibilities such as weddings, funerals, hospital visits, etc.

Provide avenues for spiritual growth for church members.

Oversee all ministries of the church.
