Position Summary: The LifeGroups/Local Missions Director is responsible for leading people from spiritual newbies (what we call “ONEs”) to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus (what we refer to as the Ninety-Nine). This role will focus on building engagement through small groups and community outreach.

How would we define the “win”:
The LifeGroups/Local Missions Director will cast vision for and work through Campus Pastors to identify, train, and resource LifeGroup and Mission leaders by implementing the following:
- Plan and execute regular LifeGroup Leader Recruitment and Training Events in tandem with LifeGroup Connection Events as a means of helping New Hopers belong in a biblical community.
- Create promotional materials and methods that ensure everyone in the church is aware of the LifeGroups Ministry: i.e. its purpose, importance, and how to get connected.
- Provide Bible study content for use by LifeGroups and/or church family members (Video Series created by staff, Sermon-Based Digging Deeper discussion questions for the weekly Listening Guide, Right Now Media, etc.).
- Cultivate partnerships with local organizations to mobilize LifeGroups & Missions Teams to serve in the community.
- Maintain key data points pertaining to LifeGroups & Local Missions for evaluation and goal setting.
- Assist in the development of an annual departmental budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
