The NextGen Ministry Leader will develop, implement and oversee all of our programming and ministries for children and students from birth-12th grade that promotes community and faith development in a safe and joyful environment. They will serve as a spiritual leader for children and students within our congregation and seek to help those outside our congregation connect life and faith. They will develop strategies for equipping parents and be the primary communicator for all aspects of our NextGen Ministries. They will also recruit and train volunteers to assist in successfully achieving the NextGen ministry goals and objectives.
