Kids Pastor

DESCRIPTION:

The kids pastor is responsible to oversee the entire children's ministry (ages 0-5th grade), and ensure a smooth operatimg, safe and effective program.

The ideal candidate must have prio experience, as well as passion, vision and call to serve children and their families. He or she must be able to communicate well (verbal and written), organize, plan, delegate and lead effectvely.

Other qualities: Unflappable, go-getter and self-motivated, creative, strong recruitment and retention skills, joyful and friendly personality.

Family Life Assembly of Gid (FLAG) is a vibrant, international congregation located in a booming, family-friendly Houston suburb of Katy, Texas. Sunday morning average attendance is 300+ (pre-Covid 350+). Eight years ago, FLAG moved into a brand new and beautiful 23,000 sq/ft facilities on 8 acres.

COMPENSATION:

• Pay scale: $50-$55K (commensuate with experience)
