Grace Ann Arbor North is part of the Grace Network of churches, which has four locations in Southeastern Michigan. Grace Ann Arbor North is a multi-ethnic, gospel-centered congregation primarily reaching graduate students, young professionals, and families from Ann Arbor and neighboring communities. Job Summary:

Lead the Worship and Discipleship Ministries of Grace Ann Arbor North, creating worship experiences for church services and discipling people by assimilating them into the church.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate as primary Worship Leader in church services
• Work with the Location Pastor to plan worship services, including song selection and arrangement, slides, lighting, set design and volunteer scheduling
• Lead weekly rehearsals to prepare worship team for Sunday morning services
• Mentor and develop other leaders, musicians, and production team volunteers
• Evaluate and improve assimilation process for people connecting to the church
• Develop Discipleship Ministry by overseeing Community Groups and Discipleship Circles, coaching current and new leaders and facilitating regular trainings

• Passionate and contagious worshiper who practices spiritual disciplines
• Commitment to essential beliefs and core values of Grace Churches
• Promptness, professionalism and written/verbal communication skills
