Hey there! Are you ready to step into a role that allows you to make a huge impact and have a blast doing it? Park Chapel Christian Church, located in the heart of Greenfield, IN, is on the lookout for a Student Ministry Director who’s all about Following
Jesus and Making Him Known! With our two worship services bringing in around 850 amazing people every Sunday, we’re fired up about transforming the lives of the next generation! Our student ministry includes 120 active families and our super dedicated 30 volunteers.
As our Student Ministry Director, you’ll have the chance to lead middle and high schoolers on a thrilling adventure of faith, friendship, and fun! This is your opportunity to create memorable experiences, build lasting relationships, and light up young hearts
for Christ!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Awesome Experiences:Cultivate a culture where students can meet Jesus in exciting, engaging ways.
- Empower Volunteers:Recruit, train, and equip an army of passionate youth coaches who love to disciple the next generation.
- Stay Connected:Maintain ongoing relationships with students and actively reach out to new faces.
- Be a Caring Guide:Provide counseling and care for students, helping them navigate through life’s ups and downs.
- Partner with Parents:Team up with parents to help guide discipleship in their homes – it’s a family thing!
- Lead the Crew:Manage and support our amazing 30+ volunteer youth coaches with events, trips, and exciting excursions.
- Producer of Weekly Programming:Host weekly student programming for our Jr. High and High School rock stars.
- Dynamic Teaching:Bring the best teachings and relationship-building activities to our weekly gatherings – think games, worship, and deep dives into the Word!
- Mission Trip Master:Organize (and join) outside-the-box student ministry events like mission trips, fun programs, and unforgettable retreats.
- Be a Leader:Provide leadership, encouragement, and training for our youth coaches, and support them in discovering their own gifts.
- Shopping Spree Alert!Purchase and organize supplies to keep the ministry running smoothly. But be wise bruh!
- Event Coordinator Extraordinaire:Oversee all the fun logistics for events, including food, travel, registration, and more – it’s like planning a party everywhere we go! We love to go with a purpose!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Faithful Follower:You have a passionate relationship with Jesus and can showcase your growth through the fruit of the Spirit and an active prayer life.
- Bible Buff:You can study, interpret, and creatively apply God’s Word in relatable ways.
- Compassionate Counselor:You know when to guide students in need and when to refer them to a professional counselor.
- Student Advocate:You get the challenges and joys of being a teenager today – your understanding makes you a trusted friend.
- Communication Guru:Your verbal and written skills are outstanding, making it easy for you to connect with others.
- Organizational Ninja:You bring an incredible knack for organizing events and resources like a pro.

- Educational Edge:Bachelor’s degree in theology, biblical studies, or Student Ministry preferred.
