Coastal Community Church, driven by its mission of "Helping People Know and Follow Jesus," seeks a Lead Pastor to shepherd, teach, and equip its congregation for fostering spiritual growth and discipleship. The Pastor will bring his vision and strategies for achieving Coastal’s outreach mission while developing, mentoring, and equipping church leaders and staff. This role prioritizes personal spiritual disciplines, sermon preparation, and evangelistic community engagement, while minimizing administrative burdens. A candidate who has a minimum 5 years of experience and has obtained a Master’s degree is preferred. The position is full-time, salaried and exempt.
