Celebration Ministry Staffing (celebrationministrystaffing.com) is partnering with First Baptist Church White Hall in White Hall, AR in their search for an Minister of Worship to join the team!

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead and oversee all areas of Worship Ministry, including Adult, Students, Children, Media, Technology, and Audio/Visual
  • Plan and lead the Sunday morning Worship Service, alongside the Senior Pastor

Adult Worship Ministry

  • Lead Choir, Worship Band, and Praise Team
  • Lead them Spiritually and Musically
  • Prepare for Sunday Morning Worship
  • Communicate through Remind and/or text messages
  • Provide charts and audio files necessary to be prepared for rehearsals and worship services.
    •  

Student Worship Band

  • Primary role is to lead worship weekly for Crosswalk on Wednesday
  • Lead Rehearsal on Sunday @ 5:00 pm.
  • Lead them Spiritually and Musically
  • Equip them for Worship Leadership
  •  

Children’s Worship

  • Oversee/Lead/Teach Worship on Sunday nights @ 5:00 pm
  • Help them prepare for Worship Events throughout the year
  • Help with Blast during the summer / VBS music

Media/Technology/Audio-Visual

  • Primary role is to maintain all areas of Media/Technology/Audio Visual
  • Lead a team of volunteers
  • Coordinate and equip Media/Audio-Visual techs for all services and special events
  • Propresenter
    • Program worship services, rehearsals and Special Events
  • Lighting
    • Program and plan lighting for all Worship Services and Special Events
  • Media Room
    • Livestream
    • Program and plan Cameras and Sound for all Worship Services and Special Events

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Sunday morning
    • Power up all Technology
    • Sound check @ 8:30 am with Media Team, Praise Team and Worship Band
    • Worship Service @ 10:30 am
  • Sunday night
    • Power up all Technology
    • Student Praise Band Rehearsal @ 5:00 pm
    • Kid’s Praise @ 5:00 pm
    • Adult Worship Ministry Rehearsal @ 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday night
    • Power up all Technology
    • Student Praise Band sound check @ 5:45 pm
    • Crosswalk Worship @ 6:30 pm
    • Lead Worship @ Adult Bible Study @ 7:15 pm
