Hiring for a fulltime bilingual senior pastor / or pastor. (English and Mandarin)
Qualifications:
- Born-again Christian with high moral integrity that exemplifies spiritual maturity, humility, and adherence to biblical moral standards.
- A clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry.
- Extensive understanding of the Bible. Able to preach in Mandarin and English (English as the primary language for sermon preparation).
- Have a desire to work with primarily Asian American communities and Mandarin speaking people. Sensitivity to diverse needs within the congregation by providing counseling, guidance, and care to individuals and families.
- Minimum 3-years of pastoral work and leadership experience in church with competence in overseeing church operations, budgets, staff management, and organizational planning.
- Degree from an U.S. accredited seminary is required.
Salary: $5000-6000 per month.
We are an independent, non-denominational, and evangelical Bible church with 46 years in Cypress, Orange County, California, serving a multi-generational and diverse community.
