Grace Church (www.gracechurch.city) is a 15-year old multi-site church located in southeast Michigan with rapidly expanding new locations in the United States. Our current locations include (launch date):

Grace Canton is a rapidly growing and diverse church in the suburbs between Ann Arbor and Detroit.
Grace Canton is seeking a musically talented, catalytic leader with strong team building skills to become our next full time Worship Director.
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Champion the mission and vision of the church.
- Facilitate a spirit of worship from the platform and beyond.
- Work with the location pastor to create and execute services that communicate the Truth of God in a compelling and engaging fashion.
- Oversee quality platform production while maintaining an authentic heart of worship.
- Provide leadership and development for musicians, technicians and volunteers both musically and spiritually.
- Develop future worship team members and leaders (lay and staff).
- Coordinate the music, lights, video, audio and tech to enhance a genuine worship experience.
- Create and Coordinate stage designs
- Weekly team scheduling.
- Collaborate with other worship leaders within our network.
Technical Skills required:
- Strong music ability (vocally and instrumentally).
- Proficient in ProPresent and Planning Center.
- Has a solid background in Audio and Lighting systems.
- Proficient with Apple products and programs
- Video production experience (ideal)
- Strong social media skills/experience.
