Celebration Ministry Staffing (celebrationministrystaffing.com) is partnering with Antioch Baptist Church in Conway, AR in their search for a Worship Pastor / Director of Worship Ministries!

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan and lead weekly corporate worship services in coordination with the Lead Pastor.
  • Coordinate and lead a worship band, vocal and technical teams for use in corporate services. This would include training and rehearsing to be well prepared for services.  Currently a rehearsal is typically held on Wednesday evenings in preparation for Sunday.
  • Give supervision to other staff and volunteers serving in the Worship Ministry, such as audio and video personnel.
  • Be active and intentional in seeking to recruit new volunteers to serve in the various elements of the worship ministry.
  • Give direction to a worship choir. This choir is currently used seasonally such as Christmas and Easter and other occasions.
  • Give support to other ministry areas in helping train and equip those who will serve in worship capacities.
  • Coordinate and / or delegate responsibilities to provide for audio / video / lighting needs for other events. (Example:  Weddings, funerals, other groups or programs).
  • Give oversight to the audio, video, lighting needs and equipment.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings or other meetings as needed to coordinate with other ministry areas and staff members.
  • Be available to help in providing pastoral care to the church family.
  • Be willing to carry out other duties as assigned.
