RESPONSIBILITIES

- Guest Experience
• Recruiting, Onboarding, and Training New Volunteers
• Scheduling and Confirm Volunteers
• Appreciating Volunteers Through Thank You Cards and Personal Calls
• Preparing for Special Elements in Atrium and Auditorium as Needed
• Oversee First Time Guest Process for Follow-Up and Engagement
• Manage Sunday Stat Sheet for Knoxville Location
• Managing Supplies for Cafe and First Time Guest Items
- FC Students
• Recruiting, Onboarding, and Training New Volunteers
• Scheduling and Confirm Volunteers
• Appreciating Volunteers Through Thank You Cards and Personal Calls
• Planning Special Nights to Gather New Students
• Strategic Engagement with Local Schools
• Coordinating with Global Student Pastor to Keep Alignment Across Locations
- Development
• Teaching Journey Classes
• Coaching Small Group Leaders
• Managing Journey Process for Knoxville
• Coordinating Baptisms
QUALIFICATIONS
• Seminary Degree
• At least 8 Years of Experience
