Supported by, and in communication with the Mercy Hill staff, they will cast vision, lead strategy, and oversee the operational leadership of the Mercy Hill Student Ministry (6th-12th grade). This person will be a gifted mentor who will shepherd Mercy Hill students to discover and use the gifts they have been given as we strive to love God and love others and provide pastoral care as needed. This person will build relationships with parents, volunteers, and students. Regularly connect with individuals and groups of students outside of programming. This person will have an incredible opportunity to build a community of students, parents, and volunteers in the church.
We seek someone who loves God’s Word and will deliver God’s Word with faithfulness to the text in a compelling and relevant fashion during student & weekend services.
In support of the Mercy Hill Lead Pastor, they will team with other staff people to execute the vision, strategy of Mercy Hill Church. This person will be a team player who adds value in all facets of Mercy Hill Church through their ideas, attitude, and effort.
