Twin Rivers Church is a multi-site church in the St. Louis area led by Pastor Joe Dobbins. Over the last couple of years, Twin Rivers has experienced significant growth! Because of this growth, we have a new position open. Our Staff Pastor position will help support one of our campuses by leading teams, developing small groups, and helping to care for the campus. This is a pivotal role in the continued growth and leadership of Twin Rivers Church and the impact we're making in St. Louis, MO. Position Description:
The Staff Pastor is responsible for helping lead and pastor the campus. From helping with pastoral care to leading teams and helping with Life Groups, the Staff Pastor will play a vital role in helping the overall health of the campus.
Leadership Oversight:
- Work with the campus staff to ensure the overall health and growth of the campus.
- Recruit, train, and develop leaders for various types of life groups and teams.
- Exhibit effective conflict resolution skills when problems or issues arise with church members.
- Help with pastoral care included, but not limited to, pastoral counseling, weddings, funerals, hospital visits, etc.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a team player and help with special projects and events as needed and determined by your supervisor.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by your Campus Pastor or the Lead Pastor.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mature and ongoing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Ability to fully embrace the vision, values & statement of faith of TwinRivers.Church
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Organization and strong communication skills are essential.
- Must have the ability to plan, budget, delegate, and meet deadlines on time.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop other leaders.
- Ability to work in a team and or independent professional manner.
- Manage time and schedules well and meet deadlines consistently. Capable of handling several tasks at once with thorough follow-through.
- Have strong people skills, problem-solving skills, and general computer skills.
