We seek a passionate and experienced candidate to fill our Pastor of Men's and Marriage Ministries. This is a new and key role on our staff that will play a vital role in developing, cultivating, and growing a thriving ministry to shepherd men and couples in the growth of their faith and relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and Develop:
- Design and implement impactful spiritual formation programs for men.
- Build and lead high-performing teams of volunteers.
- Develop and execute innovative marriage enrichment initiatives.
- Equip men and couples with tools for work-life integration and vocational excellence.
- Foster a culture of Kingdom generosity.
- Collaborate and Connect:
- Partner with other ministry areas (Women's Ministry, Youth, etc.) to create a holistic ministry experience.
- Build relationships with external experts and resources to enhance the ministry’s impact.
- Cultivate a strong sense of community among men and couples.
- Grow and Develop:
- Continuously develop your own spiritual growth and leadership skills.
- Stay abreast of best practices in men's and marriage ministry.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate: Deeply committed to Jesus Christ and passionate about discipling men and couples.
- Experienced: Proven experience in ministry leadership, preferably with a focus on men's or marriage ministry.
- Relational: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively partner with other ministries.
- Theological Foundation: A strong understanding of Scripture and its application to everyday life.
