About Christ the King

Established 31 years ago, CtK is a dynamic congregation with an average attendance of 500 people, 7 full-time and 2 part-time staff, and an operating budget of $1.15 million. We take pride in our diverse backgrounds, wide-ranging talents, and shared commitment to doing God’s work in meaningful ways.

What sets CtK apart from other churches – Lutheran and non-Lutheran alike – is our interpretation of the vision God has entrusted to us through the Holy Spirit, as articulated by our founding pastor:

• Multiethnic: A church reflecting heaven in its ethnic and socioeconomic diversity and through acts of love in the world.
• Transformative: A place where people encounter Jesus and experience life-changing transformation.
• Life-Giving: A spiritual home where those far from God discover His great love for them.

This compelling vision has been the foundation for developing relevant ministries for every age and background. CtK is more than a Sunday church; it is a bustling 24/7/365 community of faith housed in 22,000 square feet, offering a wide array of programs to deepen God’s purpose in people’s lives.

After 31 years of faithful service, Pastor Craig Bollinger has announced his retirement effective January 1, 2026. Our new Lead Pastor will play a vital role in helping us connect more deeply with one another, grow in faith, and continue to commit our time, resources, and lives to God’s service.
