The Production Tech Director at Copper Hills Church (CHC) plays a vital role in creating meaningful worship environments across all ministries. This position is part of the Copper Hills Worship Arts (CHWA) Ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Vision:
  • Provide leadership for all AVL (Audio, Visual, Lighting) technologies across the CHC campus, including the main auditorium, video venues, atrium, and Family Life (kids/student ministry) spaces.
  • Oversee audio systems, visual elements (e.g., screens and presentation software), lighting, video production, streaming platforms, stage design, and service direction.
• Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and organize volunteer and staff tech teams.
  • Foster spiritual growth within teams, emphasizing discipleship and connection.
• Service & Event Support:
  • Collaborate on weekly service planning and production.
  • Provide technical support for special services and events (e.g., weddings, funerals, community events, recitals).
• Facility & Equipment Management:
  • Assess technical needs, maintain equipment, and manage inventory.
  • Plan and implement upgrades for short- and long-term growth.
