Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Campus Pastor at Connections Church!

We're seeking a Part-Time or Bi-vocational Campus Pastor to lead and grow a thriving campus community while championing the vision of Connections Church. This is an exciting opportunity to make an eternal impact, build genuine relationships, and help lead our campus into a vibrant future.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all campus ministries and staff while ensuring alignment with the vision of Connections Church.
• Provide pastoral care and foster a culture of connection, discipleship, and Christ-centered community.
• Oversee and support campus operations, worship services, and ministries, including children, youth, and technical teams.
• Recruit, train, and empower leaders and volunteers to serve with excellence.
• Develop relationships within the church and the broader community, serving as a representative of Connections Church.
• Organize and ensure the success of weekly services, events, and gatherings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A teachable spirit and a willingness to seek and receive feedback.
• A passion for ministry and the gifting to enhance church health, growth, and community impact.
• The ability to connect with and lead diverse groups, including staff, volunteers, attendees, and community representatives.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
