The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic, faith-driven Next Gen Director to lead our youth (grades 6-12) and young adult (ages 18-29) ministries. This is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on a major expansion project that includes dedicated youth and young adult ministry spaces, demonstrating our commitment to the next generation.

What You'll Do

• Provide pastoral leadership and oversight for both Youth and Young Adult ministries
• Create and maintain engaging environments for teenagers and young adults to encounter God through fun, friendship, and discipleship
• Lead weekly programming and special events throughout the year
• Recruit, develop, and train volunteer leaders
• Provide spiritual guidance and discipleship to students grades 6-12 and young adults
• Engage parents in their children's spiritual formation
• Assist in budget management and ministry planning
• Participate in our broader church vision and community impact
