POSITION
Creative Director
PURPOSE
Community Church seeks a highly motivated, creative individual who is dedicated to furthering the mission of Community Church by managing media and public communications on behalf of the church.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep commitment to following Jesus in all areas of life
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Community Church
- Desire to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Keen sense of organization
- Strong social skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- A creative mind
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism while maintaining discretion, tact and diplomacy
- Self-starter, quick learner, hard worker; able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Thrives under pressure, remains calm and takes on difficult challenges
- The ability to apply bible messages to modern concepts for public viewing
- Flexible and adaptable; open to feedback and improvement with a positive and humble attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead teams of creatives
- Manage content and communicate through various media hosting platforms
- Create graphics, video, photo. and audio as needed for church programs.
- Create and manage a church wide system of communication.
- Attend weekly staff meetings.
SCHEDULE

Monday-Wednesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm-8:00pm (We have a Thursday night service).
Sunday: 7am-2pm
* Attendance is needed at some other church-wide events. Comp time can be taken Monday through Thursday.
