Purpose Statement: To lead young adults (18-29 year olds) to live Christ-
centered lives by creating and managing engaging environments that foster
transformational relationships and creative Bible teaching.
Reports to: Next-Gen Pastor
Work Schedule:
• Full Time with benefits
• One weekly meeting with Next-Gen Pastor
• One church staff meeting per week
• Special events as needed (training, staff retreats, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Young Adults
• Work closely with young adults to develop and encourage their spiritual
growth in Christ.
• Integrate young adults into the discipleship process and events of Sandhills.
• Provide leadership and discipleship for young adults through special events
and weekly corporate gatherings.
• Multiply yourself by developing leaders.
• Develop and manage a calendar and a budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
Social Media Ministry
• Research and lead best practices to engage our community through
Social Media.
