Restoration Place is a vibrant faith multiethnic community founded in 2010 by Dr. Richard Ledford and his wife, Andrea Ledford. We have 1500+ active people, with about 500 of those under 18. Most of our church family is African American and we have people from many nations around the world. We are a racially diverse staff, serving all of God’s people without regard to color. On an average week, we minister to 500 people in worship services. We have a small staff of 4 full-time pastors, one administrative assistant, and 6 part-time ministry leads and assistants. We also have an active full-time correctional ministry. In the last year, we experienced a 30% increase in attendance and recently renovated/reallocated about 15,000 sf of space for our children and youth. We are a “techy” church and utilize the best tools to work smart so we can reach the lost in and out of the church.
We are a church of small groups; last semester, we had 26 groups, with about 13% of our people in at least one group. We also operate our children’s and youth ministries with a small group structure so that individuals get more time with our leaders and ministers.
