The Director of Adult Ministry works with church leadership to promote the spiritual growth and effectiveness of young through middle-aged adults.
Oversees 20 Somethings Ministry
- Creating and Communicating Schedule
- 50% teaching
- Attending 1 Retreat per Calendar Year
- Plans and Manages Ministry Budget
- Embodies and Encourages Relational Discipleship
- Oversees Pastoral Intern
Oversees Mid-week Adult Ministries
- Coordinates Mid-week Schedule with Other Ministries
- Communicates with appropriate Staff, Participants, etc.
- Plan & implement Additional Mid-week Ministry Classes or Curriculum
Oversees Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)
- Communicate with ABF Leaders
- Provide Curriculum Assistance to ABF Leaders
- Plan and Manage ABF Budget
- Vet Leaders and Teachers
- ABF Logistics Review and Adjustments including but not limited to the size of classes, room or building location, and service time they meet
Supports Men’s Ministry
- Collaborate with the Men’s Ministry Leadership
- Assist with Curriculum Selection
- Assist in Managing the Overall Schedule
- Contribute to the Overall Direction of the Men’s Ministry
- Attend Men’s Ministry Events when possible
Supplemental Preaching
- Coordinate with Senior Pastor and/or Elders to supplement Senior Pastor with worship service preaching
