Lead the vibrant student ministry at Alliance Church in Appleton, Wisconsin, as the Associate Pastor (Director) tasked with shepherding over 400 students in grades 7-12 across multiple campuses. 

• Nurture authentic faith in Jesus through intentional relationships, service opportunities, and engaging events while upholding the mission of Alliance Students. 
• Guide staff and volunteers in creating a unified ministry culture that develops Spirit-filled servant leaders, aligning with the church's vision of connecting the world with God and one another.
