Production Director Overview

The Production Director at New Church is a part-time staff role focused on delivering excellence in technology and production across New Church. This position also involves responsibilities beyond technical production that fall under the vision of our Lead Pastor and our Worship & Communications Director.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion all aspects of Technical Production at New Church 
  • Create Sermon, Lyrics, & Announcement Slides (ProPresenter)
  • Recruit, Equip, and Schedule Production Volunteers
  • Provide AVL Support for New Church (includes Audio Engineering)
  • Oversee Live Broadcasts and Audio Mixes
  • Craft AVL Vision and Directional Leadership for Sunday Mornings and Special Events
  • Maintain Cleanliness of Owned Areas
  • Enhance and Support IT Solutions for Staff (as needed)
  • Integrate and Set Up New Tech Solutions (as needed)
  • Meet Weekly with Worship & Communications Director
  • Attend Staff and Elder Special Events
  • Agree to and sign the New Church Staff Covenant & Core Values

 

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Attend Weekly Staff Meetings (Mondays 1pm - 3pm)
  • Participate in Creative Planning and Execution for Video Stories and Projects

New Church is a young and growing congregation on the northwest side of Winston-Salem, Noth Carolina. New Church is 14 years old, and in 2020, purchased a movie theatre, completeing a full renovation, and opened its doors in 2022 with its first permanent location. New Church is a diverse congregation in race, demographics, and age. It truly is a representation of the diversity of the community we love so much! 

New Church is a non-denominational church, focusing on the equipping and devlopment of believers to live missionally in their homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces.
