Life Groups Assistant Director, Family Life Ministry

As a member of the Family Life team, you will oversee the implementation of Life Groups, Prayer Groups (not including Prophetic Prayer Teams), and Family Life classes, impacting lives, building relationships, and creating a welcoming and supportive community for families and individuals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, support, and coordination by developing, empowering, training, and equipping the volunteer leaders (i.e., life group coaches, leaders, hosts, and class leaders).
• Coordinate with the Men's, Ladies, Care, Arena, and NextGen ministry leaders to provide training for Life Groups within their ministries.
• Coordinate with the Online Pastor to help establish virtual classes for the online congregation.
• Attend at least one life group weekly during the spring and fall semesters to ensure they operate as intended, represent the church well, and fulfill its mission. 
• Assist with implementing weekly Digging Deep Bible studies, including periodic teaching and training other teachers. 
• Prepare and maintain internal and external communication for the life groups, prayer groups, and classes, documenting ministry activities appropriately in the church’s database. 
• Provide Biblical counsel, serve on call to minister to care needs, and officiate weddings and funerals under the direction of the Family Life Pastor.
• Identify, address, or delegate all Family Life and Life Group care needs.
• Full-time, 45-50 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends as needed. On-site at the church campus.
