Full Time / Reports to Executive Pastor

Position Job Summary: Build teams and lead initiatives that connect people to God, Freedom and to each other.

What You Will Do (Specific Job Responsibilities):

  • On the Senior Leadership Team helping to bring vision and leadership organizationally
  • Lead Guest Services Director, Outreach Director, and Prayer & Care Pastor and help bring leadership to those ministries
  • Lead the Connection Groups
  • Oversee Volunteer Onboarding, Next Steps and assimilation process (guiding/connecting 1st time guests to become members and/or living out the high 5 values)
  • Dream, envision and develop other initiatives the promote connecting and spiritual development

What Skills You Will Need (Qualifications):

  • Spiritually mature while continuing to grow in their faith and experiences with God
  • An extreme people person that easily connects with others
  • Experience in leadership development
  • Organized and versed in systems and processes that help develop and disciple people into maturity
  • Ideally 10+ years in ministry experience, or a combination of a ministry degree and appropriate experience
  • Be in agreement with Freedom’s statement of faith, vision, and values
  • Creative in design and imagery to help promote visually the ways people can be connected,
