Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Worship Leader at Connections Church!

Connections Church is looking for a Part-Time Worship Leader to help lead vibrant, spirit-filled worship services that inspire hearts and encourage spiritual growth. As a part of our dynamic team, you'll play a vital role in our mission to help people connect with Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him and others. What You’ll Do:

• Lead Worship Services: Plan, lead, and guide worship experiences that engage and inspire the congregation across all campuses.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Worship Experience Pastor and service planning team to craft meaningful and impactful weekly worship services.
• Lead an Empower Volunteers: Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee vocalists, instrumentalists, and tech volunteers to ensure excellence in every aspect of the worship service.
• Organize Rehearsals: Lead weekly rehearsals for the worship team, ensuring a high level of preparation and excellence.

• Oversee Worship and Tech Equipment: Ensure all technical aspects of the worship service (sound, lighting, media) are set up and functioning properly.
• Use Worship Software: Utilize tools such as Planning Center, ProPresenter, and other worship-related software to facilitate smooth and effective services.

What You Bring:

• A strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Proven experience leading worship and planning service elements.
• Musical proficiency in vocals and either lead guitar or keyboard.
• A passion for ministry, excellence, and empowering others to serve with joy and purpose.
• Experience in leading and managing volunteers, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• A teachable, team-oriented spirit and a willingness to receive feedback and grow.
• Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and other worship service software (or a willingness to learn).
