The Role: Senior Pastor
Meet St. Philip's Church:
St. Philip’s Church was planted in Moon Township in the early 1990s under the Episcopal denomination. A small and humble yet extremely dedicated group of folks would meet for worship weekly. The church continued to experience organic growth and eventually secured a talented young pastor and a small building for worship just down the street from its current location.
A few years later through the grace of God, the church was blessed with the ability to acquire the land which serves as the current campus. The main building was completed in 2002 and the campus has blossomed into the beautiful, well-maintained space it is today. The church has experienced many changes over the years including moving into a non-denominational status.
Today, St. Philip’s Church serves as a beacon of light to the community of Moon Township. We are a bible-believing church that is passionate about staying true to God’s Word and values authentic community and worship. Our staff culture is one of love, teamwork, and genuine care for all of God’s people. We place heavy attention on families, children, and student ministries. Our annual Kidz Kamp draws over 500 campers and over 200 high school and adult leaders, and we host several significant community events throughout the year. St. Philip’s Church is poised to enter into the next chapter of its story and continue to advance the Kingdom!
