Christ Church, a vibrant, fast-growing multisite church of more than 4,000 in Gilbert, AZ, is hiring a Next Gen Pastor to oversee ministries for Kids, Students, and Young Adults. Reporting to the Senior Executive Pastor, this senior role calls for a visionary leader and experienced expert to develop cohesive discipleship pathways and lead dynamic teams toward Kingdom impact. As part of the pastoral team, you'll also contribute to the preaching rotation and help guide the doctrine, direction, and discipleship of Christ Church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for Next Gen ministries (birth through college).
• Equip, coach, and multiply leaders to uphold Christ Church’s mission and values.
• Design effective discipleship strategies, ensuring excellence in teaching and worship environments.
• Partner with families for gospel impact and foster community connections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Next Gen ministries with proven results.
• Strong communicator with expertise in strategy, team building, and ministry execution.
