Bethlehem Church (BC) is a conservative non-denominational church in Hampden, Massachusetts.

Supervisor: Lead Pastor
Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience and education.

The Student Pastor or Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and execution of BC Student Ministries. As this is not an all-inclusive document, other duties may be assigned based on the background, education, experience, gifts, and
skills of the candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A clear testimony of faith in and personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ, prioritizing the great commandments as described in Matthew 22:34-40.
- A clear commitment and alignment with the mission, vision, values, and doctrine of BC.
- Bachelor’s degree in ministry (preferred).
- Two years student ministry experience (preferred).
ABILITIES
- Solid relational skills, able to lead and teach a variety of age groups.
- Strong communicator, administrator, organizer, innovator, ability to multitask, committed to building a sense of belonging.
- Comfortable with the use of technology and social media outlets for ministry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Committed to the spiritual growth and development of students, parents, and workers through community, discipleship, outreach, service, and worship.
- Recruit, build, and train workers with an empowering mindset.
- Cultivate relationships with students and families inside and outside regular programming, coming alongside parents for students to never graduate from their faith.
- Collaborate in a missional approach on outreach and community engagement, with the commitment to have a significant presence in local schools and the community at large.
- Oversee and execute all weekly gatherings and student ministry events.
- Lead the effort in both producing and managing an annual budget for the student ministry, and follow the financial policies and procedures of BC.
- Engage in regular staff meetings and relationship with the church staff.

- Have a Christ-like servant heart and passion for students, and the people of BC, with intentional efforts to integrate students and families into BC life.
- Coordinate schedules and directives with ministry leaders.
- Bring a collaborative, flexible and relational approach, while being committed as an integral part of the team with the staff and elders in planning and executing ministry, committed to keeping short accounts, displaying appropriate judgement, discretion,
and confidentiality.
- Committed to living out the gospel, both personally and challenging others to do the same.
- Consistently complete duties and responsibilities in a timely way.
