Preschool Pastor - Rolling Hills Community Church

The Preschool Pastor role at Rolling Hills Community Church needs to be filled by a fun, passionate, Jesus-following, leader with a vision and calling to show Jesus to preschoolers, care for their families, and equip others to do the same!
To lead young children as well as their families to Christ and to help them grow in the faith through a comprehensive Preschool Ministry for the children and parents of Rolling Hills Community Church and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support a team of leaders to teach and nurture children, infants through pre-kindergarten
• Implement curriculum for use on Sunday mornings and personalize it to the needs of the children in the Preschool Ministry and Rolling Hills at large
• Assist in strategic planning and set up of Preschool worship time
• Support parents in their own spiritual growth and in their role as spiritual leaders for their children
• Plan and coordinate Family Dedication classes and services throughout the year

What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:

• Has a continually growing relationship with Jesus and a passion for teaching preschoolers about the love of Jesus
• Someone with 3+ years in church related ministry to preschoolers
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and has a “we” not “me” ministry approach
• An organized, high capacity leader gifted at providing systems and structure
• A strategic thinker with a vision for the future to grow the ministry
