Key responsibilities:
- Preach and teach biblically sound, engaging sermons.
- Provide pastoral care and counseling to members.
- Lead and equip church staff and volunteers for ministry.
- Work closely with the church Board to implement the church’s vision.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for worship and fellowship.
- Lead the church in outreach and community engagement efforts.
- Church administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Bachelors degree, masters in theology, divinity or related field preferred.
- Ordained, with pastoral experience a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A heart for evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach.
