Job Summary:
As the AVL Production Tech you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of various events and activities by providing technical support and preparation of Real Life Events including Real Life Christian Academy (RLCA).
Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide technical support & prep of Real Life Christian Academy (RLCA) (Chapel, School
Performances, Room setups, etc.)
Attend team planning, All team, and one-on-one development meetings as scheduled.
Assist in maintaining both owned and shared technical equipment on campus.
Assist in equipping RLCA production volunteers with the skills necessary to provide technical
excellence.
Ability to operate all positions at FOH at a basic level
Ensure RLCA events run with operational excellence and cleanliness
Innovate new and creative ways to leverage technology and innovation within Real Life
environments.
• Additional tech-related duties as assigned by the Production Director.
• Standard Workdays: Tue, Wed, Thur. Fri (There will be occasions it is required to work on
Saturday if the school has a weekend Event.) (averaging 29hrs a week)
Skills:
Proficiency in mixing a high number of inputs and outputs as well as proficiency in operating live
services and hitting cues.
Knowledge of ProPresenter.
Basic knowledge of lighting operation.
Ability to operate effectively & troubleshoot in high-pressure environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both in technical and non-technical environments
