Honey Creek Church is seeking a Worship Leader with a heart for guiding others into an authentic relationship with Jesus through worship. This individual will plan and lead Christ-centered, engaging worship services, combining strong musical leadership with Biblical teaching.
This position can be either a full or part-time role.

Worship Director Key Responsibilities
- Worship Planning & Leadership
- Plan and lead Sunday worship sets.
- Organize and lead special worship events throughout the year, including Christmas, Easter, and Worship Nights.
- Availability to lead worship on Wednesday nights during seasonal services as needed.
- Team Development & Coordination
- Recruit, train, and schedule worship team members (musicians, vocalists) and tech team members.
- Facilitate regular team rehearsals and training to build skills and foster unity.
- Tech Oversight & Implementation
- Oversee all technology elements of worship services (sound, lighting, live stream, and ProPresenter).
- Work with tech team members to ensure a smooth and immersive worship experience.
Qualifications
- Skills: Proficiency in vocal and instrumental music, team management, and working knowledge of sound, lighting, and worship software (ProPresenter, Planning Center).
- Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to create a welcoming worship environment.
