We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, and high-capacity leader who loves Jesus, loves the local church, has the desire to see lost people find Jesus and followers of Jesus grow a refreshing and deep faith. Our Youth Pastor will provide leadership, vision, and direction for all ministries involving students in Grades 6-12. The Youth Pastor will ensure the spiritual formation, discipleship, and development of these age groups while creating an environment where they can grow in their faith and feel connected to the Meadow Spring Church community. This requires collaboration with staff, volunteers, and parents, as well as a commitment to evangelism, mentorship, and community outreach. Our Youth Pastor must be someone who loves to laugh, is a team player, and able to build a fun-loving team with the camaraderie of a close-knit family. Our Youth Pastor needs to be creative, not afraid to think outside the box, or do the unconventional.
This part-time position will become full-time as the ministry grows.
